Magical Kyouko is the protagonist of the tv show Explosive Heat Girl Magical Kyouko Flame, played by Kyouko Kirisaki.
Kyouko is a second-year student of high school. Her older friend is called Ikemen, and she has a cat called Shironeko, which is turned into her attire when she transforms into Magical Kyouko.
Appearance[]
Magical Kyouko has black hair and purple eyes as well as Kyouko Kirisaki.
In her transformation, she appears with the dress which consists of a blue skirt, sorcerer's red angular hat with an yellow figure, a white shirt with white laces in the centre, blue bow fastened with red brooch, red gloves, and red cape. She also wears red bikini with yellow garment instead of the shirt and skirt.
Personality[]
Magical Kyouko is a very cheerful and contradictory girl, and she seems very occupied for falling in love as when Ikemen appears when she begins to drool.
Kyouko is apparently fair and complaisant with the law, because she is the protagonist such as the ones who normally are. However, she is also prone to be quite ungainly and careless, as she burns everything without predicting the consequences.
Kyouko has never revealed her identity in the high school she attends to.

When Magical Kyouko introduces herself in the anime, she yells the following:
When there is a problem, I'll solve it by burning!! Explosive Heat Girl Magical Kyouko Flame!! I am Kirisaki Kyouko, the descendant of a witch, who attends as a second-year student to high school, and I am very occupied for being bothered of love.
Powers and Abilities[]
She has the ability of controlling the flame at will for forming them.
Magical Kyouko Sexy Flame: She throws out a flame from her mouth which is able to burn anything. She uses it in the episode 20 of To Love-Ru.
Extreme Explosion: She creates a fireball from her staff, it appears in order to throw it to the enemy causing an explosion. She uses it in the episode 10 of To Love-Ru.
Magical Flame: She puts her hands above the head and begins to collect fire and hurls it to the enemy. It is used in the chapter 24.5 and in the ova 4 of To Love-Ru Darkness.

He is her older friend and her confident person. She loves him but only in his physique.
When she transforms into Magical Kyouko, he gives her the clothes for taking care of her. He also loves Kyouko but always tries to see naked her.
Shironeko[]
A cat avails itself of battles against the enemy, as Shironeko transforms into Magical Kyouko's attire through Magical Change.
Blue Metalia[]
Blue Metalia originally confronted Magical Kyouko as the head of villains. Later on, she helped Kyouko to fight villains as she crossed over to.

- In chapter 80, she appears in a television of a store.
- In the extra chapter of the volume 10, Lala watches on TV an episode. Magical Kyouko introduces herself and says she solves problems by burning it. She explains her real name is Kyouko Kirisaki, she is a descendant of a witch and attends as the second-year student of high school. Kyouko says its hard to find love but, when she sees Ikemen comes closer, becomes clear that she likes him. Ikemen arrives and says that the evil organization known as Uzarth's Men has come. Then Shironeko says Kyouko to transforms into Magical Kyouko. Magical Kyouko confronts General Mojack and is ready to burn him, but he says this time, it won't go usual. He then pulls out a fire-extinguisher, which is Magical Kyouko's weakness. S e is frightened and wonders that she has to do. The episode ends, and Lala says that Kyouko is in trouble.
- She appears again in another episode at the start of the chapter 93 doing the same introduction as usual. Kyouko walk with Shironeko towards the school when Ikemen gives her a game called "Handsome Quest". Kyouko is happy and grateful and says him that after she pays him in sexual way and Ikemen, breaking fourth wall, says that this is a kid show. Suddenly, an enemy appear, the Earl Gamu of the Wizards. The villain show her the face as a final boss of role-playing games as Kyouko falls down (revealing her panties to Ikemen) for the shock of the spoiler. Her cat Shironeko helps the girl in order to get her revenge and transforms into Magical Kyoko and says she will burns him even his bones.

- In the chapter 162 (final of first To Love-Ru series), she appears flying on her broom in the final pages of the chapter.
- In the ninth bangaihen chapter of the To Love-Ru Darkness, she appears confronting the Count Tsukai Mawasshi and Pierre Ogi Omega, and then Blue Metalia appears for helping her. Blue Metalia initially appeared as a villainess and later on, she becomes good for Magical Kyouko, meanwhile Blue Metalia fought, Magical Kyouko comes up to cover her with her flames, which are then just left from the broach to Run and they went to see the breasts but Kyouko comes up for covering her and the Principal says that they follows up recording. Afterwards, Blue Metalia and Magical Kyouko defeat the Principal who has disguised Pierre Ogi. The director goes along with the episode as it is and changes the script.

- She debuts in the episode 10 of To LOVE-Ru (anime), fighting with General Mojack, meanwhile Rito watches the television.
- The episode 20 stretched into a full episode the omake chapter from volume 10 and she appears as the first time starring as a protagonist, Kirisaki Kyouko appears and hands out some brochures when Ikemen moves closer and says her that the mysterious General Mojack has appeared and his organisation Uzars, then Kyouko asks him that how they reached the city and he answers her that they came by bus and surveys that they have suffered budget cut and as they cannot use taxi, she asks him how they want to conquer the world and Ikemen answers that they are changing the hairstyle of people into of 80's stype, then Shironeko says her to transform. Kyouko proceeds to transform behind a shop, meanwhile transformation, a man sees her and she shouts and runs away into female bathroom, when she sees all the baths are occupied, she decides to go to male bath, where she changes and proceeds to confront General Mojack. When she meets General Mojack, he attacks her with his Afro hair, she attains to avoid him and begins to talk to senseless things and she attacks him with the Magical Kyouko Sexy Flame but he avoids it and attacks again with his Afro hair but she avoids and atttacks again but he avoids it and does new attack making that she quiets and he could see her panties and she gets anger and attacks him by burning his hair and balding him and finishes fleeing from normality of the town. After she appears the chief of fire department wants to detain her for burning the shops but she apologises but he says that it is not sufficient and takes her to sushi restaurant for discussing as compensates her crime but then, he wants to be burnt by her flames, as the Principal wants her, she denies and beats him. When she begins to search Ikemen and finds him, she is surprised when she sees that he brings her clothes then she takes out the clothes and seems to transform. When she was transforming , she is captured by the chief of fire department and takes her photos and extorts her that if she won't burn him, he will reveal her identity. When she aims to which she will burn him, General Mojack appears with his mother who wants to attack Magical Kyouko but is stopped by the chief of fire department, but he is attacked by General Mojack and to the chief with a lot of hair, then the chief becomes to celebrate when he sees that he had hair. After Ikemen appears and asks Magical Kyouko for help because a vagabond follows him but the vagabond is General Mojack's Father and General Mojack's mother gets excited and annoyed to know why he had left, he abandoned them for other woman but this woman also abandoned him and he became alone, and the mother begins to beat him and then Magical Kyouko attempts to stop her, but the Father says that he will give her up. When Ikemen touches her breast, she gets anger and beats him and then a shop assistant of a shop comes up and annoyed for the outrage and afterwards they dance and then General Mojack attacks her but the shop assistant stands at thecentre and the attack goes to the shop assistant and then Magical Kyouko burns his hair that had been increased by General Mojack's blame and he also gets balded, then General Mojack begins to attack everyone and Magical Kyouko begins to burn everything and they get balded. This episode ends such as Lala comes up at the end as the episode of this week is brilliant.
